A powerful nose of fresh cane full of sugar. On the palate, a gourmet attack with a fatty texture with notes of zabaglione egg cream, then comes a drier profile, buttered rusk, toasted bread. The finish continues with toasted notes with a hint of black pepper and a base of hard caramel.
